Recipes: Spaghettini Sardines



Ingredients

· 150g Alce Nero Spaghettini

· 2 pieces Ayam Brand Sardines in Extra Virgin Virgin Olive
Oil and Chilli

· 1 tablespoon Alce Nero Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

· 2 cloves garlic, chopped


· 1 cabbage, shredded

· 1 tablespoon lime juice



Seasoning:

· 2 tbsp seasoning sauce

· Pepper

· Sugar

· Chillies (optional)



Garnishing:

· 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves

· 1 spring onion, chopped

· 1 teaspoon crispy garlic (optional)



Method:

1. Put sardines in microwave for 1 minute.

2. Bring water to a boil in a big pot; add in 1 tablespoon salt
and the pasta; cook until al dente. Drain.

3. Heat olive oil in a pan.

4. Add in chopped garlic till golden brown.

5. Add in cabbage and cook till soft.

6. Add in strained spaghettini, slightly stir fry.

7. Season with seasoning sauce, pepper, sugar, and chilli.

8. Transfer spaghettini to a plate.

9. Arrange sardines on the spaghetti.

Top with crispy garlic, coriander leaves, and spring onion
